1。必需部分，即在一般情况下不可缺少的部分，包括

(四)信的正文(Body Of the letter)

(六)签名(Signature)
2。根据实际需要而增加的部分，包括
(a)附件(EnclOsurg)，简写Ericl．或Enc．
(b)再启(Postscript)，简写P．S．
(c)经办人姓名(Pamcular Addres$Or AttentiOn Line)
