Expressions on assortment & selling minimum
(1)买方应当从卖方的色卡中选取颜色，并将细节于8月10日前寄达卖方。
The buyers should select colours from the sellers'colour chart and make the details reach the sellers before August 10.
(2)花样由卖方选定。
Designs are at sellers'option.
(3)印花布起订量为每花12000码，不超过5个色位及4套色。
Our selling minimum is 12,000 yards for each design in a maximum of five colourways and four colourprints.
(4)若选用卖方花样，必须详细注明花号。
If seller's designs are used, the design numbers must be stated in full.
(5)倘若所选花样有几个色位，必须逐一注明色位号码。
In case a design chosen is in multi-colourway, the colourwway numbers must be specified respectively.
(6)若用买方自行提供的花样，则须征得厂方的同意，并且工厂有权作修改。
If buyer's own designs are preferred, they are subject to mill's acceptance and modification.
(7)买方花样必须具备完整的循环。
Buyer's design should be big enough to show clearly the complete repeat.
(8)各色位的底色及配色须以样品表明，或以文字作充分说明。
Ground colours and colour matching for each colourway must be well shown in samples or fully explained in words.
(9)花样必须明确经纬方向及布边方位。
A design sample must show both the vertical and horizontal directions as well as the position of the selvedge.
(10)染色起订量为每色3000码。
The minimum quantity per colour for dyed goods in 3,000 yards.
(11)若买方自行提供花样，则须征得工厂同意，且允许有合理色差。
If buyer's colours are to be used, they are subject to mills' approval and reasonable colour latitude.
(12)我们供应的女装呢，花色美观大方，畅销世界各地。
We are in a position to supply Woollen Lady Dress Cloth in attractive and elegant designs/shades, best selling in markets all over the world. Buyers' designs and shades are subject to our manufactures' approval.
(13)贵方的啥咪呢订单可以接受，但起订量必须每包300码。
Your order for worsted flannel is acceptable provided you agree to the miniumum of 300 yards per shade.
