Clients' samples refused & substitute requested
(1)我们工厂认为贵方指定之颜色均选自硫化/直接的色布色卡，不能适用于货号64040，因为硫化颜色的牢度不如阴丹士林。故请从我府绸第四号色卡中另行挑选，并尽快通知我们。
Our mills find that the colours required are all chosen from the colour chart for Dyed Shirting (Sulphur/Direct) which is not applicable to Art. No.64040 as the fastmess of sulphur colour is not so good as that of indanthrene. Please select from our Colour Chart for Poplin No.4 and let us know as soon as possible.
(2)经与工厂协商，据告由于黑色与太青色不相适应，他们不能按贵方要求印制该货，请另寄色样以调换太青色。
In the consultation with the mills, we were informed that due to antagonism between the black ground and the turquoise, they could not print the goods as required. You are therefore, requested to send us another colour sample to replace the turquoise.
(3)请告知我们贵方是否授权我们工厂修改原样，抑或贵方另行寄样。
Please let us know whether you authorize our mill to modify the design or send us design a new.
